Prof. Dr. Koppula Victor Babu, Presently working as a Vice Chanceller , Princonser University, Lima, Peru, South America and as a President of World Philosophical Forum(WPF) Under UNESCO, Indian Branch and GUSI Peace Prize winner from Manila, Philippians. Ambassador to Princonser University, Director General of ICUE under GCUE, USA and former Professor, Department of Philosophy Bule Hora University, Bule Hora, Ethiopia and External Academic Adviser to Vice Chancellor, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana, India and also working as Editor-in- Chief to IJMER and Sucharitha: A Journal of Philosophy and Religion. Post Doctoral Fellow from Indian Council of Philosophical Research, New Delhi, India, and He obtained his Bachelor Degree with a Gold Medal and Master of Philosophy in Philosophy and Doctorate in Philosophy from Andhra University, India. He was awarded National Fellowships like Gandhian Research Fellowship, Junior Research Fellowship and General Research Fellowship during his academic and research career. He is an erudite scholar, a teacher par excellence, a rare combination of excellent qualities blended into a pleasing personality. He has extensive research experience in Philosophy of Education and Applied Ethics. He has published a large number of research publications, more or less 150 in International and National journals of repute.

He has handled research and 20 consultancy projects. He has participated and presented over 150 research papers in international and national conferences, seminars, and workshops. He is the exclusive author of six books on Philosophy of Education and Christian Ethics with international publishers and Editor of Seven Books. His areas of research interest include Philosophy of Religion, Applied Philosophy, Global Education and Philosophy and Technology issues. He is a member in many national and international philosophy and social organizations like Ethics Committee Member, USA and Research Committee Member, India.

He visited more than 20 countries for his academic work, i.e Institute of Hindu Darma, Bali, Indonesia in 2014 and National University of Education, Hanoi, Vietnam in 2015,Department of Philosophy ,Toyo University , Tokyo , Japan - 2016, Israel , Jordan, Palestine, Egypt in 2016 and Institute of Oriental Studies , Toyo University Tokyo, Japan 2017, Ethiopia, Malaysia , Sri Lanka and Kenya, South Sudan and visited many countries for academic purpose also . He also obtained a Doctor in Literature (D.Litt) in Philosophy, IASE (D) University, Rajasthan, India.

He is the Founder President of Sucharitha Educational and Research Institute (SERI) and Chairman of Sucharitha Educational Society, Visakhapatnam, India. SERI has MoU with Institute of Hindu Darma, Bali, Indonesia, National University of Education, Hanoi, Vietnam, St. Gregory Nazianzen Orthodox Institute, U.S.A, Ethiopian National Sports Academy, Ethiopia and Linguistics Society, Visakhapatnam. He is working as a Managing Director of Sucharitha Publications, India. And also, he is a President of The Indian Community Uniting for Equity (ICUE) is affiliated to GCUE, USA.
